While Leslie was born and raised in Northern California, she has lived the majority of her life in various areas of Southern California. Leslie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (minor in Marketing) from the University of San Diego in 1999 and went on to work in Organizational Development and Sales Training. Her sales training and development background was the perfect springboard into many successful years in Pharmaceutical Sales and now Real Estate. In addition, she has served her children’s school as Vice President of Fundraising and Communications as well as acting as a committee chair for her Home Owner’s Association. She currently serves as President of the Capistrano Valley High School Foundation. Her experience in identifying the needs of her clients and win-win negotiation skills have made her a highly trusted and well-respected real estate professional in Orange County.
