Education Donation Program

The Swan Team is committed to helping families and clients buy and sell homes at the best value possible all while providing extraordinary customer service and attention to details.

If you buy or sell your home with The Swan Team, they will donate $1000 to the school PTA or program of your choice.* (It was previously $500 but the amount has now been increased to benefit all the wonderful schools in your community!)

School options include:

• Elementary schools

• Middle schools

• High schools
